One of my favourite quotes by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry is - "If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the people to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea."

I am a Product, Design and Technology leader with over 18 years of experience in building teams around the globe and shipping beautiful products for Startups, Corporates, and Consulting firms. I have worked across a wide variety of sectors ranging from Fintech, and Insuretech to Media, Health, Telcos, E-Commerce, Logistics and Homeland Security.

In the past, I co-founded a social startup for people with disabilities in Singapore and I am also a regular mentor in positive Impact accelerator programmes and social initiatives.
